Debadging help!
1. Heat Gun 2. Fishing Line 3. Goo Gone and some adhesive remover 4. Cleaner Wax then waxed it. On some angles, I can still see a faint reminder of what used to be there. Would I need to use a high speed orbital and rubbing compound? I need some help!

Give it a clay, polish and wax.. even by hand you should be able to take care of that

If you have any Goo-Gone, that stuff is great for taking off any fine adhesive residue. Beyond that, like Erik said, give it a good polish, and it should go away.

Thanks guys, it's not the gunk that was left behind by the adhesive I need to get rid of, it's the edges of what used to be the "SUBARU" lettering. I'll give claying/polishing/waxing a try.

I had the same thing on my car.. I called it ghost letters because you could only see them from certain angles. I've polished and waxed that area twice now and I can no longer see the ghosties at all.

ErikM has it. You needed to clay any deposits still left over, otherwise you'll be able to tell it was there.
