Tires

Hey everyone,

I am looking to purchase all-season tires (225/45/17) for my 2005 Legacy Limited to replace the original Bridgestone Potenza RE92As (205/55/16). I already have winter tires, Yokohama IceGuard IG20, so I am looking for an ultra high performance a-s tire (less aggressive tread pattern), which would be excellent in both dry and wet conditions while amazing for cornering and handling. I was considering to buy summer tires, but since the car isn't going on a track, I was told to purchase an ultra high performance all-season tire, which would give amazing performance.

Here are some tires I found on 1010tires.com. Any help in recommending a tire on this list or any others would be appreciated, thanks!!

Bridgestone Potenza G019 GRID
Bridgestone Potenza RE960AS Pole Position
Dunlop SP Sport Signature
Falken Ziex ZE-912
Goodyear Eagle GT
Hankook Ventus V4 ES H105
Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus
Pirelli P-Zero Nero All Season
Toyo Proxes 4
Yokohama ADVAN S4
Yokohama AVID ENVigor

I have Falken Zeix ZE-912 on MY06 Legacy GT and have been very satisfied with both dry and wet performance although I am not an overly aggressive driver and I do not track my car.

Give Dave a call at Steelcase tires 'n' mags (905-479-8884 or 416-492-9992). Tell him that Lloyd (red Legacy GT) referred you. He will make sure that you get a good price and speedy service.

How about Nexen N3000?

Seems like it has a great price.
But is it any good?
